Responsible for management of HVAC, Plumbing projects..
Duties include
Purchasing and cost control, overseeing coordination, subcontractors and scheduling of project activities.Process change proposals, submittal review, submission of monthly requisitions and coordination of manpower.Attend start up meeting and reviewing scope with Foreman, Pre-fab, CAD, and Estimating departments. Requesting drawings, specifications, addenda from the General Contractor.
