Must be licensed to practice in Nevada Your role

Litigation management: drafting, reviewing, and executing legal strategies for all stages of litigation, including discovery. Oversight and direction of arbitration and/or trial proceedings and settlements.Contracts management: negotiate, draft, review, and manage contracts of varying complexity. Ensure provisions and non-negotiable elements are in alignment with company strategy.Review all subpoenas received, craft responses, and support paralegal team members in crafting responses as appropriate.Prepare demand letters and follow through to collections.Facilitate filings of licensing forms and other statutory requirements.Communicate with outside counsel as required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise needed for the role

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. MUST be licensed to practice in Nevada; multistate experience desirable.3+ years of related law firm and/or corporate legal department experience in commercial or healthcare law.Capable of autonomously managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical terms into straightforward insights.Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
