📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position SummaryAs an Accountant you will learn about Life Time's end to end accounting close process for the business you support. You will perform critical accounting functions including the monthly/quarterly/annual close process, perform journal entries including accounting accruals, perform necessary analysis, and preparing account reconciliations and investigating variances. You will use your skills as an Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting to help business partners to make informed decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with any relevant SOX processes related to your role.

Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related fieldKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Knowledge of general ledger accountingAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliar with Microsoft Office productsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills
