📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Maintain all corporate record books, state qualifications and corporate filings;Manage all health club and local licensing for corporate clubs;Manage domestic and international (including the United States and Australia) Franchise Disclosure Document annual registrations;Manage updates to domestic and international franchise agreements;Manage and maintain company’s trademark portfolio;Manage and maintain all corporate agreements; Coordinating with company counsel, outside counsel and internal departments as needed; andOther job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:Paralegal Certificate or equivalency preferred. 5-7 years equivalent work experience.
