📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a team player who will support undergraduate students to ensure a successful transition to, through, and beyond Limestone University. The ideal candidate must be committed to meeting students where they are to foster a supportive and educational environment. Student Success Coaches serve as a constant source of support for an assigned group of students and will counsel, motivate, and advise them to reach their educational and career goals. As a member of the Student Enrichment Office, Student Success Coaches will serve as a first-year advisor to new students and will assist with course reservation and degree planning. In addition, they continue to meet with their assigned cohort of students throughout each semester to ensure they are doing well in and out of the classroom; they will assist with facilitating orientation programs and coordinating campus-wide programs.
