Vice President, Recruiting (Fort Washington PA, Hybrid)

The Vice President, Recruiting will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our firm by developing and executing the strategy to identify, attract, and recruit qualified financial advisors (independent and w2) and agencies that fit our culture and find value in the tools, services and support we provide. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract qualified financial advisors.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and other channels.Collaborate with senior leadership, the Recruiting team and Regional Vice Presidents to define recruiting goals, targets, and priorities.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.Utilize data-driven approaches to track and measure recruiting effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment processes.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and attract talent.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to recruiting team members.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruiting strategies and tactics.Collaborate with other departments, including Field Leadership, HR, Practice Management, Marketing, Compliance, Technology and Finance, to support overall business objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial advisor and agency recruiting in the financial services industry.Proven track record of success in recruiting top-tier financial advisors and building high-performing teams.Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of products, services, regulations, and market trends.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in using recruiting tools, software, and platforms to source, track, and manage candidates.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Physical and Other Requirements:May sit at workstation for extended periods of time. May view computer screen for extended periods of time. Periods of fast pace are typical when meeting deadlines.
