What you will enjoy doing*

You will work closely with the production teams to ensure manufacturing issues are resolved and production schedules are maintainedAlso, you will utilize your expertise to identify and address any product quality or safety issuesFurther you will engage with others to lead productivity efforts to improve efficiencies focused on product yield and reduction of wasteYou will use your technical background to create, update and publish product manufacturing instructions and Standard Operating ProceduresIn addition, you will partner with material coordinators and production leadership to ensure materials resourcing to prevent production interruptionsYou will drive contingency actions by providing technical leadership and training to resolve both customer and production related issues

What makes you great

You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science or relevant field of study with 0-5 years of working knowledgeAdvanced degrees will also be accepted; however this is an entry level engineering positionPowder Metallurgy experience is highly preferredFurther Plant Process knowledge or manufacturing experience is preferred
