Key Duties and Responsibilities

Precision in Operations: Skillfully put away palletized units into racks above floor height and prepare them for outbound shipment, showcasing your attention to detail.Technology Integration: Utilize cutting-edge Radio Frequency (RF) systems to choose, record, and manage materials, adding a tech-savvy touch to your daily tasks.Equipment Mastery: Operate forklifts and other lifting devices with confidence, ensuring daily maintenance is completed to uphold peak performance.Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in various temperature conditions, from cold storage sites to dry storage sites, equipped with the latest personal protective equipment and freezer gear provided by the company.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with a dynamic team, working alongside other machinery and material handling equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

Foundational Skills: Possess basic math skills to excel in the role.Communication Proficiency: Understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics, fostering effective communication.Physical Capability: Lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs., with the potential for more depending on the facility's needs.Flexibility: Embrace a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed, demonstrating your commitment to the team.Adaptability: Comfortably work in environments with various noise levels, showcasing your resilience and focus.
