Key Duties and Responsibilities

Engage in educational sessions focused on fundamental concepts and leadership principles.Learn through hands-on experience alongside experienced leaders, following the shadow-do-lead methodology.Assist in achieving warehouse performance targets related to cost, productivity, customer service, and profitability.Support the day-to-day management of operational procedures, including product movement, resource allocation, and documentation.Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety among team members.Complete all playbook tasks and obtain sign-off by the program's conclusion.Meet performance goals and targets set by upper management upon accepting the position.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics management, or a related field; or equivalent experience (2 years relevant civilian or military experience).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.Eagerness to learn from the ground up and develop necessary skills for success.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.Effective presentation skills for communicating with customers, clients, and employees.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for navigating ambiguity.Ability to work in various temperature environments, including cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) and dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), while adhering to safety protocols and wearing provided protective gear.Comfortable with varying noise levels, as some locations may be loud.
