Senior Project Controls Manager

The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership Oversee the capital planning process for new projects Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres Have 15+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the d ata centre sector Have confidence to head up meetings with clients Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun

Salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $170,000, but actual salary offered will be dependent upon education, skills, and experience.
