Our client is looking for an individual who will help our organization manage a large-scale CRM implementation. We are hiring a Senior Agile Project Manager who will work with teams in a fast-paced technology organization. We are looking for someone with skills in communication and collaboration, experience leading successful large-scale CRM implementations and aligning the project goals with the business objectives.

Skills Required (Must have Skills):Prior positions as either a Project Manager or Scrum MasterA college degree is not requiredcertifications are a plus: Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent), Project Management Professional or other related certificationPractical experience working with multiple project management methodologies including at least one of the following: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SAFeWorking with any project management organizational or visualization tools; examples could be Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, SmartSheet, Wrike, or Rally SkillsExperience leading the end-to-end implementation of CRM projects, from initiation to closure, with management of project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standardsEmploy an outcome-oriented approach to defining project goals and success criteriaAbility to manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective utilizationEmploy an agile mindset, espousing transparency, continual improvement and customer centricityExpertise in facilitating scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-up meetings, sprint review and retrospectivesExperience leading through influence without direct reporting linesPossesses advanced customer service skills to support senior-level executive stakeholdersExperience leading high-visibility cross-functional technical projectsExperience working with and bridging the gap between internal teams and external implementation partners keeping the project on time and on budgetExpert reporting and escalation/visibility capabilities [project metrics/dashboards/statetcPractical experience working with multiple project management methodologies including at least one of the following: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SAFeWorking with any project management organizational or visualization tools; examples could be Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, SmartSheet, Wrike, or RallyExperience scheduling projects by breaking down large plans into smaller tasksAbility to lead technical conversations and work with teams to prioritize work based on value delivered, and highlight risks to delivery and support of a productSkills to work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document objectives and requirements, translate technical requirements and solutions into business language and backDisciplined in project management domains including risk management, stakeholder engagement, change management and quality assuranceManaging the flow of information to all stakeholders of the project from sponsors to users impactedExperience developing, maintaining and distributing (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables including: requirements, project schedules, issues & action items log, and meeting minutesRemove impediments for the team to execute on work Nice to haveExtensive knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related technologies2.
