Core responsibilities · Gain broad understanding of the VDOT innovation framework· Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS· Follow all applicable industry and VDOT standards, processes and Protocols· Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs· manage stakeholder communications and expectations KSA:Process mapping experience,Code Documentation,Writing Requirements/Scope documents,Writing use-cases,using architectural artifactsinterpreting solution architecturesExcellent written and oral communicationCustomer focused collaborationAbility to travel around the state as neededMinimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the teamExperience:Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a high level compiled language such as C#, C++, JavaMinimum of 5 years experience with scripting languages such as javascript and PythonMinimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse.
