Job Title: Sr Manager Commercial Operations and PlanningJob Status: full-time, permanentWork location: Hoboken, NJ; hybridTravel: 25% Your roleThe Sr Manager Commercial Operations and Planning will be an individual contributor responsible for leading the cross functional North American organization through annual commercial planning inclusive of; Voice of the Brand, Voice of the Customer, Portfolio Strategy and Customer Facing Plan Execution Materials. This role will own comprehensive channel strategy plans that drive business development through key initiatives. Your key responsibilities:Partner with senior functional leaders to define their growth strategy that delivers against our vision including where to play, how to win and the required capabilities to win in the marketplaceLead a commercial planning process with inputs from across the North American Organization that delivers an annual and long range commercial plan intersecting Brand, Channel, and CustomerOperationalize commercial plans by ChannelOwn ready to sell plans for critical strategic initiatives to execution and drive impact across the organizationDevelop cross functional customer facing plan for alignment to strategic selling windowsCoordinate ready to sell internal workstreamsCollaborate with local and global teams to deliver customer/channel specific needs Stakeholder Management and key interfacesCustomer Leadership Team (Retail, OOH, eComm Leads)Brand Marketing TeamsNorth American Leadership TeamExternal Vendors and Suppliers Skills and experience:10+ years’ work experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryBachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
