the case type services offered at the firm through our Attorney lead comprehensive training programone-hour interviews with potential clients to determine if they meet the case type requirements set by our Legal team.Interviews with approved sales scripts and empathy to build rapport with potential clients.help clients with side-by-side assistance from office Intake Managers to improve client experience.clients on the benefits of partnering with our firm and the payment options available to thempotential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case type.and regularly follow up with all leads that have potential case types to remind them of the value of our services.on top of weekly Legal training with firm AttorneysQualifications and Requirementsverbal and written communication skillsbe bilingual in Spanish and Englishclass customer service skillsattitudeability to meet deadlinesorganizational skills and attention to detailanalytical and problem-solving skillsto prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriatein sales or metrics-based environment a plusThis position is full-time, with a thorough training period.
