Retail Warehouse Associate (full-time/part-time)

Position Summary

This position has primary responsibility for executing all floor prep and warehouse functions.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform daily walkthrough of the Customer Pick area to identify and address any concernService all guest in the Customer Pick Up areaPartner with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams to support business needsShip and receive product and manage product transfersMove all furniture displays as directedEnsure all products are received and assembled to showcase on showroom floorEnsure logistics reports are complete and accurateFollow all safety rules and guidelinesFollow all furniture and accessory inventory guidelinesEnsure that the stores are ready by completing the daily task list and merchandising displays standardsEngage all customers in the warehouse and on the sales floorAbility to work weekends and most holidaysAble to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years experience in a fast paced, high traffic, guest facing, interactive retail environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $18.85 - $24.50

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
