Our team is growing!!! We are currently looking for an Executive Recruiter! This will include helping to bring on new clients and sourcing candidates for open job orders. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for Accounting and Finance. However other staffing or recruiter experience will suffice. The position will ideally sit in Nashville but we are open to hybrid or fully remote for the right out-of-area candidate!!
ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales leads and attract new businessManage current clients while generating job orders in new areas of the departmentSource & Recruit Accounting and Finance candidates Work with a sense of urgency to screen candidates and submit candidates for open positionsBuild lasting relationships with both your candidates and clientsUse various search engines to attract top talentRepresent LNCsearch with integrity while recruiting and selling on a national basis
QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of professional recruiting experience at an agency or other similar atmosphere with proven successStrong desire to succeed and grow a teamComfortable working remotelyA proven track record of setting and exceeded sales / recruiting goals
