About The Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement. You coach your team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and associates.

Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections.Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.Hire and build an effective store team through training, coaching, and talent development.Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals.Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships.Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll.Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans.Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.

You'll bring to the role

2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associatesStrong people management skills and an ability to develop talentEffective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale systemStrong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive resultsAction-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
