About Loloft: Loloft is disrupting the warehousing industry by providing small and growth-stage companies with physical space to store and handle products while avoiding traditional 3-5 year lease commitments. This model, we call "Industrial Coworking," combines shared office space with private warehouse units ranging in size from 150 SF to 5,000 SF under one climate-controlled roof with flexible terms starting at three (3) months.

About The Role: The Community Manager, Site Experience is an on-site position in Rogers, Arkansas and primarily supports our member experience. The role ensures our member's expectations are exceeded and that their day to day runs smoothly because we think of their needs before they recognize it themselves. You’ll report to the Growth Leader.

We are a growing start-up and you’ll likely wear multiple hats as a utility player (manager level), learning and growing with exposure to other areas of the business too. You can expect to move fast; navigate/ pioneer ideas and build in ambiguous environments from the ground up, you’ll have limited resourcing constraints to workaround and through. About The Role: Our Community Manager, Site Experience is at the heart of Loloft in each market and is responsible for creating the environment that leads to a vibrant and successful business community. You will report to our Phoenix location daily and be responsible for ensuring we meet our members’ needs. In addition, you’ll ensure we meet our goals for a best-in-class member experience through curated events based on members’ interests, cultivate connections and synergies within the community through thoughtful introductions, and create a welcoming and friendly environment for members and their guests.

ResponsibilitiesConduct building tours for prospective members as needed and work with active members who have growth-related needs (ie. need more space).Be able to present Loloft pricing and value proposition to potential new members while sharing benefits tailored to their needs.Follow up with inquires and be main point of contact for inbound for the locationConduct pre-move-in meetings with new members to ensure a successful move-in.Complete the New Member Orientation process for all new members within the building.Create new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etc to provide on move-in day.Conduct move-out interviews to understand the departing members’ overall experience.Know and explain Loloft policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues via email or in person.Manage the energy in the building, ensuring music levels, and activities are appropriate to the daypart and occasion.You will report to your building each day and will be responsible for ensuring we meet our members’ needs.Schedule conversations with members regularly to understand their ongoing experience.Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their experience.Lead front/welcome desk coverage, ensuring consistent coverage during business hours.Review and understand Loloft provided Emergency Action Plans and respond to instructions from Leadership regarding emergency situations or security alerts.Oversee a community associate and their workload What We Offer:Competitive compensation, based on relevant experienceStock optionsMedical, dental, and vision benefitsVacation time, sick time, and paid holidaysJob training opportunities, learning, and team outings.
