Sales Support Coordinator
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist for a manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will manage lots of communication with sales departments and be heavily involved in the organizations sales processes.
Location: Yeadon, PASchedule: Mon - Fri 730am - 4pm (fully onsite)Salary: $60,000 - $62,000
Responsibilities: Create and manage onboarding standards for new accounts/ items into our ERP/CRM software.Manage and improve the file management of our Sales SharePoint site.Conduct outreach calls to customers for periodic temperature checks and/or feedback.Compile various periodic sales reports / forecast for management, including trend summaries and graphs.Manager communication of all sales inquiries, pricing, feedback, and issues, etc.Coordinate and attend various trade shows as support for our sales team.Collaborate with management to create KPIs to help drive continuous excellence in the sales department.Create, update, and manage various lists and databases.
Qualifications:1+ years experience in sales support role assisting internal teams Background in the warehouse/manufacturing industry Strong professional and courteous, written, and verbal communication.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Including but not limited to pivot tables, v-lookup, and sheet referencing.Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
