Job description:Our client is a leading global investment firm with a real estate business over $200B AUM. They seek to hire a Content Creation VP for the Client & Partner Group, covering some of the largest clients of the firm.Responsibilities:Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetingsSynthesize portfolio data and key real estate and macroeconomic trends to develop portfolio and macro viewpoints in close coordination with the acquisitions and asset management teams Translate viewpoints and create new marketing content and update existing content, including long-form thought pieces, white papers, commentary, presentation materials, webinars and talking pointsComplete investor documentation and understanding products to facilitate responses to inquiries related to product offeringsGather and maintain information of market dynamics including information on competitorsQualifications5+ years of total work experience within an investment bank or alternative asset management firm, Real Estate experience is a mustBachelor’s degree from a top-tier institutionDemonstrated professional and academic achievementProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelStrong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accountingExcellent written and verbal communication skills
