Private Client Relations Coordinator

General Purpose of the Position

This role will support the North America Marketing team with a specific focus on Private Client Relations. Responsibilities include supporting the VIC team in crafting exceptional experiences for our guests, driving the implementation of action plans both from a store and a corporate perspective and developing actionable insights and analyses. The coordinator will be instrumental in supporting private client relations and driving client engagement. In addition, the coordinator will support in developing strategies for top client retention and overall growth. The coordinator will collaborate closely with CRM, Brand Marketing, and Store teams to execute comprehensive regional strategies, ensuring best-in-class client engagement, local/global experiences, and personalized giftings. This role will play a pivotal part in the development and implementation of regional initiatives that drive brand loyalty, equity, and growth within the North America market.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the Loro Piana US Marketing teams with a specific focus on Private Client Relations (VIC)Assist in store reporting, action plan development, and monitoring to enhance key client development KPIsAssist with client analysis, as well as competitive analysis on a project-by-project basisCollaborate on developing and executing market-appropriate client experiences and eventsSupport event planning, logistics & set-up, as well as post-event re-cap reportingSupport with client list development, RSVP monitoring and post-event ROI as related to in-store events, experiences, and giftingsAs related to local/global experiences, the coordinator will oversee client agendas and arrange travel accommodations and activities

Profile

Skills And Abilities

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferredPrevious experience in Luxury Goods or Retail preferredProficiency in Microsoft systems, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65,000 to $75000 USD per year.
