Basic Qualifications (minimum):Significant experience with Microsoft SharePoint - including administration, installation, and configurationExperience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Windows OSExperience running small projectsExperience developing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BISignificant experience with Microsoft Teams - including administration, installation, and configuration
Duties will include: Adding and removing user accounts Providing some first level user support (understand this may require some training, depending on the application) Overseeing governance compliance for the application (i.e., ensuring that the agency's policies are adhered to). Acting as a primary point of contact for business users, vendors, and IT to coordinate support tickets and resolving other issues. Other related duties as required.
