Commercial Lines Account Service Manager
We are looking for an energetic, eager, self-motivated professional to join our amazing team and provide top notch service to our clients. This is a great position for someone wanting to grow their insurance career or take a step back from the hubbub of corporate life. Join our team and add to our story! This individual will work closely with Commercial Lines Account Managers, Producers and other members of the team to service our clients by handling the following duties:Issuing certificates of insuranceOrdering MVR’s for commercial clientsReviewing commercial policies and endorsements for accuracyUpdating applications in the Agency Management SystemProcessing incoming mail, such as policies and endorsementsReview Certificate Requests/ Complete Compliance Statements Requests Changes/ Process Endorsements ReceivedProvide primary back-up coverage for the Commercial Lines Account Manager, as needed.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a cheerful phone presenceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to complete tasks efficiently and accuratelyStrong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and TeamsAgency Management System experience preferred, AMS 360 experience greatly valued
Required Experience: At least 1-2 years’ experience in an entry level insurance position preferredExperience with certificates of insurance helpfulGeneral knowledge of insurance terminology
