What You’ll Be DoingPreparing and maintaining wastewater and stormwater customer accounts. Updating drainage billing data. Addressing customer inquiries and preparing corrections and adjustments as needed. Preparing daily deposits and making related deposit postings. Responsible for coordinating resolutions of complex customer queries. Providing support and processing applications for MSD’s customer financial assistance programs. Ensuring appropriate characteristic types are entered into the CCB billing system. Completing daily internal and external requests. Providing CCB support to various MSD departments. Maintaining and updating all loan types in CC&B. Researching and resolving all customer issues regarding financing of assessment loans and collection of delinquent assessment, connection or SSLRP loans.
What You’ll Bring With You (Requirements/Qualifications)Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Public Administration or a related field; three or more years of related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must have safe work and driving habits.
