📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job DescriptionOracle HCM ArchitectProven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant or Architect, with a focus on implementation and application support. Strong technical background in Oracle Cloud HCM and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. Lead the restructure and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits. Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, and HCM Data Integrator. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to travel as needed.
