Overview:We are seeking a local Freelance Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Client Support Specialist to join our marketing agency specializing in launching and growing CPG food brands on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. As a freelance specialist, you will be responsible for providing project coordination, execution, and vendor management services to ensure the success of our clients' e-commerce initiatives. If you are a passionate foodie and have a good understanding of Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, along with excellent project management and communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for our CPG food brand clients on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, offering timely support and guidance throughout their journey.
Coordinate and execute projects related to launching and growing our clients' products on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Manage vendor agency teams and freelancers, including graphic designers, copywriters, and PPC specialists, to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers, marketing strategists, and analysts, to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies for our clients.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and changes in Amazon and Walmart Marketplace algorithms and policies, and share knowledge with the team and clients.
Conduct regular account audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as required, providing strategic guidance and recommendations based on marketplace trends and data analysis.
Qualifications:Proven experience (3+ years) working with Amazon and/or Walmart Marketplace, preferably within the CPG Grocery & Gourmet Food food industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and internal teams. Experience managing vendor agency teams and freelancers, with a focus on maintaining high-quality deliverables and driving results. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
