Sr. Front End Technical Lead
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Front End Technical Lead who will be at the forefront of digital transformation. Our client's mission is to revolutionize industries through cutting-edge solutions powered by emerging technologies, this role will play a pivotal part in leading the development of front-end solutions.
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite - 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:Lead the development of front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Mentor and coach junior developers, guiding front-end development techniques, tools, and technologies.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional, responsive user interfaces.Drive the adoption of front-end development best practices and standards across the team.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, incorporating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.Provide technical leadership and guidance on front-end UI/UX architecture, performance optimization, and code reviews.Assist in the development of back-end components using .NET/C# as needed, leveraging your full-stack knowledge to contribute to end-to-end solutions.Participate in requirements gathering, estimation, and project planning activities as part of the development team.Act as a subject matter expert on front-end development, providing insights and recommendations to inform technical decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:10+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Smalltalk programming is a HUGE plusProven experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers in a team environment.Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.Basic experience with back-end technologies such as .NET/C# is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements in front-end development.
