Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead their sales and marketing efforts for their flagship senior living community. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources to drive referrals and generate leads.Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
