📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently searching for a Level 2 Help Desk Technician for a Long-term opportunity in Austin, TX. Must be local. On-site 1 day a week.
- We are unable to work with CTC Vendors on this opportunity and no Sponsorship can be offered. *
This technician will assist in providing technical support of applications and troubleshooting assistance to stakeholders, enhancing overall user experience by addressing issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Requires:4-7 years of experience in IT Help Desk SupportStrong experience providing quick and effective assistance with IT systemsEffective experience guiding customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenanceExperience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systemsPassion for problem-solving and customer serviceMust be able to pass a Background Check
