Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.Act as the chief expert on thermal power generation technologies.Drive project configurations, layout analyses, and technology selection to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.Conduct and oversee technical feasibility studies and due diligence for new and existing projects.Engage with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to ensure all technical aspects align with business goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution; MS in Engineering/MBA preferred.Registered Professional Engineer is a plus.Minimum 15 years experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years in leadership roles related to project design and operations of combustion turbines or reciprocating engines.Demonstrated prowess in building, coaching, and leading multidisciplinary teams.Experienced in overseeing large-scale engineering projects, with a proven track record in strategic project development and risk management.
Working Conditions: This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.Regular domestic travel to project sites, meetings, and conferences is expected.
