Branding and Marketing Manager

About you:You have significant experience working with direct-to-consumer brands and online sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and eBay. You are passionate about growing the business by building brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and engaging with the community. You are excited to join a dynamic and fast paced environment and participate in the strategy, planning, and execution of the overall marketing strategy of our brands. You will be leading the marketing team to build and strategize new campaigns, provide support for advertising initiatives, and assist with miscellaneous marketing operations.

Responsibilities:Take ownership and manage brand and product marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and delivering on KPIsDevelop and ensure successful implementation of the social media strategy including meeting established goals for number of followers, engagement, conversion and revenueProvide analysis to determine effectiveness of content and brand building effortsUtilize eCommerce research and consumer insights to maximize traffic and revenue growthCollaborate with team to align advertising with promotions, brand, sales & share objectivesOptimize product visibility across various advertising platforms and sales channelsResearch, coordinate, and launch new advertising integrations for productsEnsure proper maintenance of digital assets, branding systems, toolkits, and proper use across the entire company including external partners and affiliatesConduct market research and identify trendsBring creative ideas and insights along with plans for executionDiscover and employ a range of marketing programs to cross-sell, upsell, and grow customer baseLead team on media projects (video shoots, product photography shoots) with international teams and vendors

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university in Marketing, Business, or similar field3+ years experience with leading a team, preferably in the consumer goods industry or DTC brandsStrong understanding of e-commerce or DTC sales, social media, branding, email marketing, and digital adsExcellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skillsAbility to shift gears easily and multitask under tight deadlinesExperience and comfort with digital marketing and team productivity tools
