GENERAL FUNCTION

As a member of the After Sales Service Center, the Reporting Specialist provides high quality data reporting support and problem resolution within a team environment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between After Sales team operations and business stakeholders (both internal and external)Prepare, tracks and reports operational KPIs to the business on daily/weekly/monthly basisOwn the data collection & validation of operational data within team operationsUtilize reported KPI’s to suggest process improvements, and implement new procedures as necessaryProvide troubleshooting support, operational process SOP creation support, Write-In preparation and other related activities as part of operations support

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of prior relevant work experience.Working knowledge of SAPStrong proficiency with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint in particularExperience in operations environmentAbility to influence; strong organizational & interpersonal skillsStrong blend of analytical, decision making, and creative problem solving skillsStrong communications, presentation, and project management skillsCollaborator – ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to define and execute programs and build consensus for best resultsAbility to work under deadline requests in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
