Paid Social Media Specialist, One Size Beauty

JOB SUMMARYThe ONE/SIZE E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team is growing. The Paid Media Specialist will assist in the development and execution of all paid social marketing campaigns across ONE/SIZE that will be driving to our D2C site. The core areas of this role will be the day-to-day management and optimization of acquisition and retargeting paid media campaigns, data analysis, on-going reporting for stakeholders, and supporting all marketing efforts on onesizebeauty.com. This position will also provide TikTok Affiliate outreach on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of all digital activations.The role will report into the Sr. Paid Social Marketing Manager and will work closely with them to enhance and optimize the strategy for overall growth of the entire paid social program that involves driving new customer acquisition.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGather reporting data across multiple digital platforms using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets pivot tables.Provide support in paid media data analysis.Create reports containing charts, tables, and visuals on a regular cadence (i.e. Monthly Reports) speaking to digital media benchmarks & KPIs within Canva.Assist in conducting and reporting on creative A/B tests, tests will include advertisement copy, and other creative elements.Assist in daily paid media campaign optimization.Assist in building, launching, and maintaining ROI-focused paid media Ad campaigns.Own paid media channel shop optimizations.Own Dropbox folder & SharePoint organization for paid media team.Support paid media lead with affiliate campaign outreach and response tracking, in addition to TikTok Customer service support.Flexible schedule requested for promotional and sale periods as weekend and evening optimizations are needed.QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 2 years of hands-on Paid Media or Digital Media Buying experience.Self-starter, self-motivated.Critical, forward thinker in terms of the digital landscape.Highly analytical, data-driven individual.Proactive, creative thinker.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and creating reports via Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.Highly organized and must be able to multi-task.Shopify Experience is a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDSLifting: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.Sitting: Must be able to remain in the seated, stationary position throughout workday.Luxury Brand Partners is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to supporting the BIPOC community.
