About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process of electronic table games at our company. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our gaming products. They will collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes, manage resources effectively, and maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, preferably within the gaming industry, along with excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
ResponsibilitiesOversee Production Operations: Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process for electronic table games, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure timely and efficient production.Scheduling: Ensure that all pieces are in progress and then completed on-time and ready for quality checks. Also will participate in staging for the quality team when the time does come for checks.Team Management: Supervise and support production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Foster a positive work environment conducive to productivity and collaboration. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the production workflow, implementing new techniques, technologies, or procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and production downtime.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies within the production facility, conducting regular safety inspections, promoting safe work practices, and addressing any safety concerns promptly to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements2+ years of experience as a production manager in light manufacturing settingLicense and certification required by Nevada State Gaming CommissionExceptional time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
