Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Remote)

An organization in the renewable energy sector is currently seeking a FP&A Manager to join their expanding team. Specializing in the development and management of renewable energy assets such as solar and energy storage projects, this company offers an opportunity for the selected candidate to make a significant impact in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:Contribute significantly to the implementation of planning and reporting tools for budgeting, reporting, and corporate performance tracking, including financial dashboards.Develop and maintain reporting structures by legal entity, project, and cost center, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution for review.Prepare monthly reports for frontline management and the leadership team, collaborating with managers to review financial results.Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure the accuracy of cost center and project reporting.Assist in the preparation of monthly business review materials with senior management, including the CFO and CEO.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the renewable energy sector.Experience with adaptive insights.
