With a multi-billion dollar project underway in Nashville, Tennessee, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to oversee and drive the successful completion of this landmark venture.
Position Overview: As a Senior Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the development of a state-of-the-art hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. You will be responsible for leading a diverse team of professionals, managing budgets, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the casino hotel development project from inception to completion.MUST HAVE EXPEREINCE IN HOTEL GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION OR EXPRIENCE MANAGING PROJECTS OVER $500 MILLIONDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Oversee the selection and management of contractors, consultants, and vendors.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project goals.Manage risk effectively and implement mitigation strategies as needed.Provide regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing complex relationships.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
