Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving our enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture, and solutions to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture design, implementation, and integration, with a focus on optimizing the use of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP platforms to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Design and Planning:Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies. Design scalable, flexible, and secure architecture solutions to support the integration and interoperability of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Platform Expertise:Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP solutions, understanding their capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Evaluate new features and functionalities of these platforms and recommend enhancements or modifications to optimize their use within the organization. Integration and Interoperability:Design and implement integration solutions to enable seamless data exchange and process automation between ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance requirements are met across integrated systems. Governance and Standards:Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and implementation of solutions on ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP platforms. Provide guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate architecture decisions, recommendations, and roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation using ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10 + years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP solutions. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex architecture solutions in large enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, methodologies, and governance principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture and platform-specific certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.
