CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Measure monthly WH operational metric for safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory (SQDCI)Forecast inbound/outbound volume and plan for headcount, equipment requirementIdentify cost saving opportunity in our operation and track progressTrack and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Run WH space simulations and strategize on increasing WH efficiencyReport monthly on cost per cubic feet, productivity and labor management. Identify areas, opportunities, and countermeasures for improvement.Develops warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process workflow and implementing SOPManage daily labor management report which includes labor hours, OT, volume, CPH and share with networkPropose solutions to reduce cost in our network with cost analysis and time studies
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6-7 years of logistics/warehouse/transportation industry experienceExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.Ability to make presentations and develop reports for internal management/external customersWorking knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. WMS)Ability to accurately analyze data and be detailed orientedTravel Required: 10%Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong analytical skills and detail oriented
