Role DescriptionAs we continue to expand our service reach throughout the Northeast, we are seeking energetic and responsible team members to join the company to help take our clients’ worry away when disaster strikes. This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of repair projects. They will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee inspections and coordinate resources to meet project goals. This opportunity is based out of the Albany, NY office.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with management and oversight of construction projects including internal team, laborers, vendors and subcontractors.Tasks include assisting with budgeting, design coordination, buyout, contracts, scheduling, quality control, meetings with customers and adjusters, etc. Potential to assist with oversight of restoration projects (on an as needed basis)Communicate with customers regarding projects and ensure satisfaction.Help creating scopes of work, taking measurements, pictures and other field notes for new projects.Assure completion and accuracy of project paperwork and documentation.Manage worksite safetyCompile information for and write proposals, estimates and invoices.
