As the Emerging Leader, you are part of Best People. You will be involved in an extensive training program for management, working towards fulfilling a future Contract Manager position. Utilizing our Best Systems, you will learn all leadership positions and duties within the company. You will be trained by our most qualified personnel and sponsored by a Regional Business Manager to diversify and expand your learning and development. You achieve the Best Results by engaging with others and being eager to learn. What are the skills necessary for success?

Desire for management career in manufacturing.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent team builder and visionary leader.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar. What education and experience are needed for success?

Recently graduated - within the last 3 years - with associate degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) in a business curriculum.Must be willing to travel and ultimately relocate at the conclusion of the Emerging Leader program to assume a Contract Manager role.
