Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
The Role: Client Service RepresentativeAs a Client Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our clients' financial services are delivered smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in facilitating the success of our advisors by managing client interactions, processing annuity applications, and maintaining impeccable records. Your work will directly impact our ability to help clients achieve their financial goals, thereby contributing to their long-term financial health.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProcess applications for fixed-index annuities using Firelight software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Manage comprehensive paperwork associated with life insurance and new account openings for our fee-based advisory business.Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating effective communication between clients and advisors.Collaborate with team members to refine processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and SkillsStrong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.A team-oriented mindset, with a high degree of reliability and a track record of working effectively with financial advisors and clients.Motivation to grow within the company and the drive to take on new responsibilities as needed.
