📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

The ResponsibilitiesSupport Internal Partners with Tier 2 level card account operations via phone and emailAssist Internal Partners and their clients in completing tasks that include but are not limited to:Initial boarding of clients on TSYS card system and set-up of Accounts on Online PlatformsSupport Internal Partner and Client experience with various complex CNB online platform requestsEngage vendor partners by opening tickets within the vendors ticketing systems to help mitigate client issues Be knowledgeable in card processes and know when to direct internal partners to the appropriate colleagues or teams to best answer the partner and/or their client’s questionsHandle client service requests via CNB service ticketing system – services to include, but are not limited to: Credit balance refund requests Supporting product features Maintenance of accountsSupport Clients within the departmental assigned SLA’sAdhere to all CNB and federal/regulatory compliance standardsProvide support to all teams within the Credit Card Operations group
The QualificationsMinimum 2 years of banking experience or relevant schooling to banking experienceMinimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Working knowledge/experience with commercial cards preferred but not necessaryIndustry and/or business banking knowledge with regards to credit card operating and payment systemsAbility to maintain up to date knowledge of the Bank’s Card policies and procedures to provide efficient internal partner as well as client supportProven experience in demonstrating or creating initiatives – think outside the boxBe a champion for changeAbility to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframesHave a developed sense of urgencyExcellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of Bank management
