About The Role
Magrathea is seeking a collaborative culture building Facilities and EHS Manager to help run and optimize our manufacturing space. Our innovative talent is one of the biggest drivers in our success, and talented people don’t always fit with rigid job descriptions or day-to-day responsibilities. However, we want to be transparent about what will be expected of this role. The Facilities and EHS Manager will be a key player in the scale-up and design of our revolutionary electrolytic process technology.
Role Expectations
Oversee the coordination of office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, refreshment stocking and handling correspondence. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards. Monitor and track office expenses, including supplies, equipment, and services. Identify administrative needs and develop solutions to improve workflows. Be the point of contact for Magrathea’s IT external support company. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative functions. Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Act as a resource for staff regarding administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ideal Background
Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to peers effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking abilities. Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance standards in administrative operations. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Salary range: $70-$90k annually (commensurate with experience) Competitive stock option packageHealth insurance401k with pre- and post-tax investing options
