As we embark on this exciting journey, we are looking for a dynamic Strategic Assistant to the Founders to be a cornerstone of our company.
Role Overview:As the Strategic Assistant to the Founders, you will be the third key member of our team, directly supporting two Founders and playing an important role in our growth and innovation. This position offers the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion, recruiting talented individuals and leading projects that bridge technology with impactful news.
We don't expect you to know everything in the field yet - nobody does - but we expect you to have unrelenting curiosity and a drive to win.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as a critical support system for the Founders, some logistics, communications, and strategic initiatives.Help develop core strategies.Engage in project management, from conception to execution.Play a foundational role in team expansion, identifying and recruiting top talent to join our mission.Contribute highly to the development of our products and offering insights into UX/UI design.
Qualifications:Expertise in technology, communications/journalism and/or business. Could include a Bachelor’s degree in those fields, or a current student.Be a self-starter with minimum leadership oversight, ability to tackle complex problems, and maintain resilience in a startup environment. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Ambition to grow with the company and assume leadership roles as we expand.Familiarity with Notion and Slack preferred.Understanding of and experience with any current LLM models is preferred.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work.
