Job Description
Make an Impact! The UKG Analyst for HR Technology will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of UKG Kronos Workforce Central, UKG Pro, and Advanced Scheduler. This includes: Partnering with system leaders to provide support for enhancement requests, defects resolution, and new functionality implementation. Troubleshooting complex application issues by diagnosing causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating corrective actions while escalating issues through appropriate internal and/or external resources. Working with program owners to translate business needs and processes into detailed functional requirements and configuration settings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout the system development lifecycle to prevent problems when delivering products and/or services to Main Line Health key stakeholders. Exhibit deployment flexibility with current and future system enhancements via the waterfall or agile model. Develop and Grow your Career! Position: UKG Analyst, HR Technology
Essential Accountabilities
Lead the implementation of UKG solutions for clients, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans. Configure UKG solutions according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives. Conduct thorough testing of UKG solutions to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring high quality and reliability. Provide training and support to clients during the implementation process, ensuring they can effectively utilize UKG solutions post-deployment. Create comprehensive documentation including project plans, configuration specifications, and user guides to support the implementation process. Collaborate with internal teams including consultants, developers, and support staff to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce management, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Experience
Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
