The Regional Manager is responsible for all aspects of the leadership, management, and operation of up to ten large automotive service and repair shops.
Responsibilities
Achieving regional sales and profit targets: P&L ownershipStaffing, hiring, and professional development of general managers, service advisors and techniciansOversight and responsibility over general manager key tasks, customer satisfaction, business development, vendor management, safety, compliance, equipment maintenance, etc.Strategic planning and execution with Northern Rock executive leadership
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in the automotive service industryPossess a high school diploma or equivalentPossess a working understanding of Automotive point-of-sales (POS) systemsMicrosoft Office applicationsProfit and Loss statements and financial managementInventory control methods and accountabilityBe able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managementBe a high performer and contributing member of the teamHave a passion for providing purpose, direction, and motivation to diverse teams of individuals to accomplish complex common goals.Be a team player
