We are looking for someone to operationalize our Global Retail Concept designs and strategies, ensuring our Geography teams have the buildout details and support needed to launch these brand-right spaces in their respective markets.

Deliverables
Evaluation of Concepts designs for efficiencies and opportunities within our Brand standards and Financial GuardrailsSupport of pilot projects, including:New Concept development (consult and inform through the design process)New Concept launchRemodels and Floor Plan Reviews Spatial Design integration of fixtures in rendered spacesOperational guide for executing new Concepts, inclusive of:Strategic Approach and Process Buildout Cost Philosophy/ Projected Buildout Calculator Global Materials CatalogFinancial Guardrails Guidance
