Job Overview

Assisting in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutionsDebugging and maintaining existing automation systemsWriting and executing automated test casesDocumenting automation processes and proceduresDesigning, developing, and implementing automation solutionsDocumenting automation processes and proceduresStaying up to date with emerging automation technologies and contributing to their business case for implementation and adoptionEnsuring efficiency and effective execution

Key Role And Responsibilities

Works with cross-functional teams to share ideas on quality issues and solutions Works with development and product teams to understand product and software requirements Communicating testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical teammatesDetailed understanding of end-to-end testing processesMentoring junior automation engineers or manual QAsProviding support for ongoing testing and quality activities.Adhering to company policies and standards such as SOC 2, time tracking, QA exit criteria

All About You

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related fieldthree years experience in automation engineering, including a strong understanding of automation tools and technologiesStrong programming skills in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or PythonExperience designing and implementing automation solutions for simple to medium-complexity systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of software development methodologies and best practicesAbility to stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and to make recommendations for their adoption.

What Majesco Offers

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $90,000.

Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
