SAP (P2P) Procure to Pay Functional ConsultantSanta Clara, CATravel %: 20-40% travel to client site in California Required experience: 15+ Yrs Description:Lead and facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4 HANA P2PLead workshops with a process-centric mindset to gather requirements and ability to articulate both business and technology aspects to stakeholders.Conduct detailed analysis of intricate business process requirements, and provide effective system solutions; identify, interpret, authenticate, and document client requirements.Map client P2P business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client needs.Design, configure, and perform testing of Procure to Pay modules in the SAP S/4 HANA platform.Identify gaps, issues, and efficient workaround solutions.Function as a crucial liaison between the client business and technical team for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems.Document functional designs, test cases, and results.Proactively identify and propose business processes/ and or system enhancements.Function as a liaison between the business functions and the technical teamSupport build of demos and other content to support workshopsWork self-directed and independently; may function as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects of SAP Procure to Pay solutions.Strong communication skills with experience in leading workshops.Minimum of 10 years designing and configuring SAP P2P and critical integrations with other modules.Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.Experience in a Hi-Tech Semiconductor industry is an asset.Understanding of accounting business processesAbility to understand business processes from a customer perspective.Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
