Demand Generation Specialist

Overview:MakarttPro is seeking a dynamic and driven Demand Generation Specialist to oversee our line of professional nail products, including monomer, acrylic powders, soft gel, gel polishes, and more. This role requires a creative individual with a strong background in sales or marketing, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a social media platform, creating engaging content, and driving demand to increase sales KPIs.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness and sales in MakarttPro's professional nail products.Manage a designated social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to engage with our target audience and promote our products effectively.Create high-quality, compelling content (including but not limited to images, videos, tutorials) that showcases the benefits and features of our nail products.Collaborate with the ecommerce team to develop and implement campaigns that align with overall brand objectives and product launches.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously optimize strategies.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, beauty professionals, and industry partners to amplify brand presence and reach a wider audience.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and demand generation.Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.Strong understanding of the beauty industry, particularly in professional nail care products.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
